Formula 1 proves bias for the last time

I’ve talked about the obvious bias and corruption in Formula 1 many times before, particularly when it involves Ferrari and McLaren, where McLaren are almost always penalised and Ferrari almost always get away with whatever has happened.

The last two events in the last two races have just sickened me of the sport and I think it’s time that some of these teams walked away from the FIA and either dropped Forumla 1 as a “sport” or start a newer, more honest organisation.

FIA continues to destroy F1 competition

It’s really not hard now to go looking for disparities in the obviously messed up and heavily tainted world of Formula 1, that tarnished trophy that the FIA is trying to lift up is is looking worse for wear, the FIA have dropped it once again.

Once again they are going after McLaren on two separate counts, on issues where they’ve let Ferrari off in much more important race circumstances.

It really is showing that the FIA are more intent on retaining the Ferrari fan base than Formula 1 fans, and in the process they’re killing the sport.

F1 officially ruined and corrupt

It’s official, there is no saving F1 and the governing body have sounded the final death knoll as they prove once again that their motivations are money and Ferrari, and that their decisions are continually inconsistent, wrong and unfair.

On Thursday the governing body, the FIA, decided that McLaren should pay a US $100 million fine and not receive any constructors points for this season for their alleged part in the whole affair.

As the Metro newspaper pointed out McLaren have been hit with a fine that is over twelve times the amount that Network Rail were hit for after the death of 31 passengers at Paddington station in the UK.

If a value was placed on human life, that would mean whatever McLaren was found guilty of was equivalent to 372 passengers dying at the hands of a negligent transport company. Is that entirely right?
